Borneo’s ML/AI-powered platform is used by privacy & security teams to achieve continuous compliance and data protection through automated, accurate & actionable data discovery in the cloud.

Before this, Prithvi spent two decades in leadership positions as the Global Head of Security for Uber, Facebook, and Yahoo!

Prithvi has extensive hands-on experience in successfully delivering on all aspects of engineering and security controls required for some of the largest technology IPOs for Facebook and Uber.

Prithvi and his team have also built some core engineering solutions used to protect massive global data footprint and power rapid global expansion.

Prithvi was part of the founding team for launching Yahoo! 's International Operations and Engineering Centers. Along with numerous Mergers and Acquisitions - the big one was Alibaba and Yahoo! China, Uber and Didi where his team had to solve some hard problems related to data jurisdiction, localization, and regulatory compliance, which are all table stakes today.

Prithvi also sits on the Board of the Home Team Science and Technology Agency of the Govt of Singapore

Over the last two decades, Prithvi has worked on several company critical initiatives that were crucial for the global expansion leading up to some of the largest tech IPOs for Meta and Uber. The learnings from these successes and failures led to the building of Borneo Data.
